Last season was a bust for Galloway—a foot injury forced him to miss a majority of Tampa Bay's season—but he's healthy now. (SI's Peter King reported that Galloway was running 4.4s in the off-season.) His durability is still a question mark, but he has two things going for him: his experience and an elite QB, which is more than you can say for many this far down the list.
65 Kevin CURTIS
EAGLES
AGE: 31
BYE WEEK: 4
AUCTION: $0
[INJURY-PRONE] Curtis showed what he was capable of in '07, breaking through for his first 1,000-yard season. In '08 he suffered a variety of injuries, limiting his participation and production. If he can stay healthy, which has been a big issue for him, he could be a sleeper. QB Donovan McNabb spreads the ball around, so don't be surprised by statistics similar to DeSean Jackson's.
66 Darrius HEYWARD-BEY
RAIDERS
AGE: 22
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $0
Say what you want about the shocking pick that was Heyward-Bey, but barring a long contract holdout he could easily be Oakland's No. 2 WR by Week 1. Of course, that probably says more about DHB's competition than his ability. Regarding those skills, his downfield speed (4.38) makes him a nice fit for this deep-ball offense and JaMarcus Russell's big arm.
67 Sidney RICE
VIKINGS
AGE: 23
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $0
The Vikes' pursuit of T.J. Houshmandzadeh only confirms that Rice, a second-round pick in '07, hasn't lived up to his potential. His yardage dipped severely in '08 (in part due to a right posterior cruciate ligament sprain), and he's the No. 2 WR on a team that hasn't finished better than 25th in completions the last two years. Don't touch him until that changes.
68 Greg CAMARILLO
DOLPHINS
AGE: 27
BYE WEEK: 6
AUCTION: $0
[INJURY-PRONE] It's far from certain that he'll be ready for the start of the season after tearing his left ACL and meniscus in Week 12, which derailed a stellar season. He participated only in certain drills during OTAs and sat out the ones that required him to do cuts. If healthy, Camarillo's a great fit for Miami's ball-control offense, but that's a big if. He'll require some watching during preseason.
