One of the nation's best college QBs at Missouri, Smith has yet to make a name for himself as a WR in the NFL. He usually doesn't catch more than a pass or two a game, and the Jets only occasionally give him a look behind center or on an end-around. Smith will battle Chansi Stuckey to be the Jets' second receiving option, a spot that should have little fantasy value.

75 Malcom FLOYD
CHARGERS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 5
AUCTION: $0

Floyd backers would suggest that he'll get his fair share of the receiving crumbs if the Norv Turner-Philip Rivers offense approaches 430 points again. Detractors point out that he has 52 catches in four seasons and is no higher than the fourth pass-catcher on the Chargers. A neutral observer would say he is no more than someone to watch even in the deepest of leagues.

76 Demetrius WILLIAMS
RAVENS
AGE: 26
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $0

[INJURY-PRONE] Last summer Williams was so impressive that he inspired offensive coordinator Cam Cameron to consider a three-WR base. Unfortunately for Williams, injuries once again kept him from making an impact. His combination of size and speed, paired with Joe Flacco's arm strength, make Williams someone to watch, but he's a boom-or-bust player.

77 Dennis NORTHCUTT
JAGUARS
AGE: 31
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $0

Northcutt is definitely on the downside of a middling NFL career. But here's the good news: His average production of the last two seasons (44 catches, 573 yards, 3 TDs) can easily be replicated this year, as he continues to benefit from the Jaguars' lack of quality pass-catchers (and that includes Torry Holt). What you get in upside (virtually nothing) you get in downside as well.

78 Josh MORGAN
49ERS
AGE: 24
BYE WEEK: 6
AUCTION: $0

He had San Francisco fans dreaming of a particular Hall of Fame Niners wideout with his '08 preseason (5 catches, 114 yards, 1 TD against Green Bay), but a groin injury kept this rookie from following through when it counted. He showed flashes though—enough to make him the front-runner as the team's vertical threat in '09. Bump him up a few notches in leagues that reward long balls.

79 Chansi STUCKEY
JETS
AGE: 25
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $0
