The kid from Kalamazoo can sure ball. He has upped his receiving yardage by around 300 each year since entering the league, putting him in the top eight in that category—as well as in TDs—in '08. Jennings will only do better in Year Two with Aaron Rodgers, especially if the WR doesn't renegotiate his contract. His deal expires next year, so he could be gunning for a big-time payday all season long.

No wonder he wants to be paid like Larry Fitzgerald. Before being knocked out in Week 4, Boldin was arguably as productive (more catches and TDs) as Fitz. After the season Boldin reiterated his unhappiness with his contract and again asked to be traded. As long as he is suiting up for Arizona before Week 1, he's a top five WR. If he's holding out or with another team, he loses value.

[INJURY-PRONE] If you throw out Colston's first eight games of '08 while he was recovering from left thumb surgery, he had 42 catches for 678 yards and five TDs in eight games, which, projected over a full season, make him worthy of a top 10 WR spot. Be careful though. He had microfracture surgery on his left knee in the off-season. While he's expected to be up to speed by Week 1, you never know.

Aided by a healthy Jake Delhomme, Smith averaged a career-high 101.5 yards per game and 18.2 per catch in '08. This year every key offensive piece—from the coordinator to the QB to the RBs to all five linemen—returns for Carolina, so there's no reason to believe Smith's output will change. He has been one of the most consistent WRs in the NFL.

As White, Ryan and Michael Turner mature into one of the most-feared offensive trios in the league, expect White's production to improve. He's a WR1.
