[INJURY-PRONE] Far and away, Walker is the Raiders' biggest "name" WR, but he's hardly the most productive. After countless injuries and a few notable lapses in off-the-field judgment (for example, he had knee surgery in April and didn't tell the Raiders until a month later), Walker has long since peaked within his fantasy career. There's a chance he may even be released. Ignore.
100 Troy WILLIAMSON
JAGUARS
AGE: 26
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $0
The book on Williamson is less than glowing, but then again, he may be better than anyone else the Jaguars trot out this season. Yes, he possesses vertical speed, but the lack of consistent production over the years has rendered that quality moot. With two rookies now getting consideration in Jacksonville, this former top 10 NFL draft pick is destined for another year on the waiver wire.
101 Laurent ROBINSON
RAMS
AGE: 24
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $0
He showed potential as a rookie with Atlanta in '07 but was slowed by hamstring and knee injuries last year. Acquired by the WR-depleted Rams in April, Robinson is learning his fourth offense in four years. Though Keenan Burton has the edge for the No. 2 WR job, the second-year Burton is no lock to hold on to it. Robinson should be no better than the Rams' No. 3 WR, if that interests you.
102 David ANDERSON
TEXANS
AGE: 26
BYE WEEK: 10
AUCTION: $0
A No. 3 WR coming off a 19-catch season is usually waiver-wire material, but Anderson is more than that to the Texans, who matched Denver's three-year, $4.5 million free-agent offer in the off-season to keep this slot WR around. To fantasy owners though, he should be emergency material, because with Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels and Kevin Walter around, he won't see many balls his way.
103 Josh CRIBBS
BROWNS
AGE: 26
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $0
Along with his role as a WR, Cribbs has been an elite return man and even lined up at QB and RB. Now, coach Eric Mangini is prepping him to play some defensive back as well. That's all well and good, but the more Cribbs is spread out the less time he'll have to develop as a WR. His return ability makes him a guy to watch on the waiver wire entering the season, but not much else.
