His numbers took a slight hit last season because of the offense's injuries and inability to run the ball, but the Colts don't figure to have the same problems this year. When Indy is in two-WR sets, Wayne should also benefit from having the young Anthony Gonzalez playing opposite him instead of the aging Marvin Harrison. With Peyton Manning's health at 100%, it'll be Wayne's world again.

10 Dwayne BOWE
CHIEFS
AGE: 24
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $13

[ON THE RISE] It's hard to be a sleeper when everyone expects you to be the next Larry Fitzgerald just because your new coach came to Kansas City after having worked with Fitz in Arizona. But Bowe's production is definitely trending upward (page 84), and with Todd Haley running the offense, he should post stellar numbers even while having to get used to new QB Matt Cassel.

11 Calvin JOHNSON
LIONS
AGE: 23
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $13

[ON THE RISE] All signs point to Megatron becoming a top-flight WR, but that will require some consistency at QB. Most of Johnson's big games last year came with Dan Orlovsky or Jon Kitna under center, and both those guys have said sayonara to Detroit in the off-season. In the five games that Daunte Culpepper started, Johnson averaged just 3.8 catches for 74.6 yards.

12 Antonio BRYANT
BUCCANEERS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $12

The fourth career stop was a charm for the talented yet often troubled WR who signed with the Bucs after sitting out the '07 season due to off-field issues. He quickly supplanted Joey Galloway as Tampa Bay's go-to guy and then earned the team's franchise tag in the off-season. Since he is the Bucs' only downfield threat, look for more big numbers, no matter who is at QB.

13 Wes WELKER
PATRIOTS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $12

Despite having to receive his passes from the inexperienced Matt Cassel, Welker didn't miss a beat. He had his second straight season of at least 110 receptions and 1,100 receiving yards, though he had five fewer TDs. He has a good rapport with Tom Brady, but the presence of Randy Moss means Welker will always have to compete for scores. Welker is a WR1 in PPR leagues and a top WR2 in others.

14 Terrell OWENS
BILLS
AGE: 35
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $11
