Holmes should at least inch closer to, if not overtake, veteran Hines Ward as Ben Roethlisberger's go-to guy. Targets were split evenly among the two last season, but Holmes's postseason momentum should carry over into '09, especially because of the trust he earned from Big Ben. Add in Holmes's big-play ability, and he is the Pittsburgh WR to own in fantasy leagues.

20 Lee EVANS
BILLS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $8

During his five years in Buffalo, Evans has never had a talent like Terrell Owens lining up beside him. But that can be a double-edged sword. Evans will see fewer double coverages, but he'll also be QB Trent Edwards's first look less often than he was before. With Edwards improving, consider Evans a candidate to surpass 1,000 yards again. He should be a low WR2 on your squad.

21 T.J. HOUSHMANDZADEH
SEAHAWKS
AGE: 31
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $7

You'd think it would be hard for Houshmandzadeh to reach his usual 90 receptions playing for Seattle. But as the replacement for Bobby Engram (94 catches in '07) in Seattle's West Coast offense and with Matt Hasselbeck healthy again, it's not a stretch at all. The only question is whether he'll see more double teams, since he won't have Chad Ochocinco on the other side.

22 Michael CRABTREE
49ERS
AGE: 21
BYE WEEK: 6
AUCTION: $7

If Crab is the head case he's made out to be, Mike Singletary will straighten him out. Crabtree, whose college stats compare favorably with Larry Fitzgerald's, is the type of dominant WR that no owner—real or fantasy—can afford to pass on. The problem is that he landed in San Francisco, and a WR on a miserable team can be trouble. If you take him, you'd better have a Randy Moss-type WR1.

23 Eddie ROYAL
BRONCOS
AGE: 23
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $6

[SLEEPER PICK] All those who considered Royal's 91-catch, 980-yard rookie season a fluke, please stand up. Now sit down and believe us when we say that this guy is for real. He can quickly get in and out of pass routes, and he'll get some of the catches that would've gone to downfield threat Brandon Marshall last season under Jay Cutler. Make sure to go to the ER on draft day.

24 Hines WARD
STEELERS
AGE: 33
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $6
