[ON THE DECLINE] Cotchery took a small step backward last year, failing to reach the 1,000-yard mark again, though he scored five times. With the release of Laveranues Coles, he is now the Jets' best WR, and defenses will zero in on him. The question is: Who will be throwing to him? Whether it's Mark Sanchez or Kellen Clemens, Cotchery should struggle to get the ball. He projects as a high WR3.

30 Steve BREASTON
CARDINALS
AGE: 26
BYE WEEK: 4
AUCTION: $3

Talk about an opportunist. This '07 return man took over the No. 3 WR job after Bryant Johnson left. Then, after Anquan Boldin went down in Week 4, Breaston had three of his best games, leading to a 1,000-yard season. Now Boldin is sitting out until he gets paid (or traded), which again benefits our man. Even if Boldin stays, Breaston's '08 success and return ability make him a nice WR3.

31 Chad OCHOCINCO
BENGALS
AGE: 31
BYE WEEK: 8
AUCTION: $3

The WR formerly known as Chad Johnson couldn't have had a worse '08, but much of that can be attributed to QB Carson Palmer's missing 12 games due to an elbow injury. Ochocinco sat out May OTAs, to the dismay of Palmer, but as long as the two of them can stay healthy and get along, Ochocinco should approach the production he had in '06 and '07.

32 Donald DRIVER
PACKERS
AGE: 34
BYE WEEK: 5
AUCTION: $3

[ON THE DECLINE] On the team's move toward Greg Jennings as its primary WR, Driver said in March, "I don't have to prove myself anymore.... You just move forward." Complacency may play well in the locker room but not in fantasy football. In '08 Driver notched only two 100-yard games and his receptions hit a five-year low. As Jordy Nelson and James Jones make a run at his PT, that slide will continue.

33 Percy HARVIN
VIKINGS
AGE: 21
BYE WEEK: 9
AUCTION: $2

A total crapshoot. Harvin was labeled a misfit before the draft, then he had some health problems in camp. He doesn't have a respectable QB (whether it's Tarvaris Jackson or Sage Rosenfels), and he's a Devin Hester/Ted Ginn type, which doesn't translate well into fantasy. Then again, recall what happened last time you passed on a Vikings rookie....

34 Derrick MASON
RAVENS
AGE: 35
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $2
