[SLEEPER PICK] Washington leaves Pittsburgh, where he was a capable No. 3 WR, for Tennessee, where he'll be a starter. He's known best as a deep-threat WR with great ball skills and speed, and that's a good fit for QB Kerry Collins and the Titans who, when they throw the ball, like to throw it deep (even though it often goes incomplete). Select him as a WR4, and you may just get lucky.

40 Kevin WALTER
TEXANS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 10
AUCTION: $2

[SLEEPER PICK] The Robin to Andre Johnson's Batman, Walter has never caused much ballyhoo, but that's fine in fantasy circles. Walter owners will be happy to nab him late in drafts and come away with WR2 or WR3 production. After consecutive solid seasons the secret may be out, however, so you will have to take him before round 13. We promise you, he's worth it.

41 Miles AUSTIN
COWBOYS
AGE: 25
BYE WEEK: 6
AUCTION: $1

[SLEEPER PICK] Austin is a speed demon who can stretch the field, and that's why Cowboys coaches want him to win the competition for the No. 2 WR spot over Patrick Crayton and Sam Hurd. With his speed, Austin can take safeties away from the team's intermediate pass-catchers, Roy Williams and TE Jason Witten. Though Austin does get dinged up easily, he could surprise if given the chance.

42 Justin GAGE
TITANS
AGE: 28
BYE WEEK: 7
AUCTION: $1

Gage had a solid '08 and evolved into the team's No. 1 receiving option down the stretch. The problem is that the Titans are a run-first team, so his numbers will never be at the level of other top wideouts. Gage is a solid possession WR though, and the acquisition of field-stretcher Nate Washington should give him more space to run underneath, making him a good WR4 consideration.

43 Jeremy MACLIN
EAGLES
AGE: 21
BYE WEEK: 4
AUCTION: $1

Philadelphia was the perfect landing spot for Maclin, who accounted for more than 4,300 all-purpose yards in two seasons at Missouri thanks to the team's love of the passing game. As a speedy WR with great hands, he's a nice fit for the West Coast offense. He may not put up giant TD totals in his first year, but he should get plenty of yards and could finish as the top rookie WR.

44 Isaac BRUCE
49ERS
AGE: 36
BYE WEEK: 6
AUCTION: $1
