In a win against Westmont Hilltop, Josh scored on an 80-yard kickoff return and a 67-yard punt return. Katie Flood WEST DES MOINES, IOWA > Cross-country Katie, a senior at Dowling Catholic High, won her fourth straight individual championship of the year, the 5K Roy Griak Invitational (18:07). She also won the Ames Invitational (14:19), the Bobcat Invitational (14:08) and the Heartland Classic (14:10), all of which were 4K runs. Katie is a two-time Class 4A state cross-country champion.
