In 2013 the Presidents Cup will come to Muirfield Village Golf Club, which immediately jumped to No. 2 on our list of top Prez Cup venues. Here's our ranking:

1. Royal Melbourne, Australia

One of the planet's great tracks, although the long trip, time difference and December dates contributed to a 20½--11½ U.S. drubbing in 1998, the Americans' only Cup loss.

2. Muirfield Village, Dublin, Ohio

Among the top 20 courses in the world, and the weather is bound to be better in the fall than in the spring. Plus, Columbus-area fans are the best on Tour.

3. Royal Montreal, Canada

A solid if slightly dated course, but it made up for that in 2007 with wildly enthusiastic fans who loved every minute of Woody Austin's star turn as Aquaman as well as Mike Weir's takedown of Tiger Woods in singles.

4. Fancourt Hotel & CC Estate, South Africa

Attendance wasn't up to snuff in 2003, but the Tiger Woods--Ernie Els playoff showdown and the on-the-fly decision by captains Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player to share the Cup put the event on the map.
