AUCTION: $0

[SLEEPER PICK] The team's kickoff specialist in 2009, Buehler is the favorite to win Dallas's placekicking duties over rookie Connor Hughes. Buehler has good leg strength, but scouts questioned his accuracy when he was coming out of college in '09. To improve, he worked with veteran John Carney and former Cowboys kicker Chris Boniol this off-season. His fantasy stock is ready for an uptick.

16 Jay FEELY CARDINALS

AGE: 34

BYE WEEK: 6

AUCTION: $0

Feely, now with his fifth team in seven seasons, takes over for Neil Rackers, who was not re-signed. Rackers was unreliable because the team was so good as it neared the goal line; in 2009 it scored on an NFL-best 69.8% of its trips inside the 20. Whoever the QB is (Matt Leinart or Derek Anderson), he can't be as efficient as Kurt Warner, so Feely should have more chances than did Rackers.
