Mare had the most accurate season of his 13-year career in 2009. The problem was that he didn't get enough opportunities because of Seattle's awful offense. Still, the Seahawks decided to franchise him, and for the first time since he arrived in Seattle in '08, Mare won't have competition in camp. If new coach Pete Carroll can improve the offense, Mare's numbers should see a slight bump.

Bryant is just two seasons removed from kicking 32 field goals for Tampa Bay, which suggests that the 35-year-old, who signed with Atlanta after Week 12 to replace an ineffective Jason Elam, has plenty left. But he has two things working against him. First he must beat out ex-Raven Steven Hauschka, and second he has made only one 50-yarder in the last three years.
