Ta'amu has dropped from 360 to 330 pounds since the current coaching staff took over. "He was too big and too heavy and couldn't sustain his effort level," says Holt. "He's a lot more muscular and his endurance has increased. I expect him to dominate." The Huskies look for major improvements over the 19 tackles and 2½ sacks Ta'amu had in 12 games last season.
