Remy, a senior at Oakville High, pitched a no-hitter in the Tigers' Class 4 championship victory against Truman High, after allowing only one hit in the semifinals, to lead the team to its first state title. She has a career 66--12 record with an 0.99 ERA and 649 strikeouts in 499 innings. Remy was named all-state for the past two years.

Harris, a fifth-year running back at Southeast Missouri State, rushed for a school-record 293 yards and scored three touchdowns in a victory over Southwest Baptist, to break the Redhawks' single-season rushing (1,493) and all-purpose-yardage (2,192) records. It was the team's ninth straight win and Harris's eighth 100-plus-yard game this season.

Kimmy, a senior running back and middle linebacker at Dimond High, was named Cook Inlet Conference offensive player of the year and first-team defense after helping the Lynx to a second straight CIC title with a win over East Anchorage in which she rushed for 144 yards. Kimmy led the team in rushing with 2,374 yards and 21 touchdowns.
