DT KHEESTON RANDALL SENIOR

At 6' 5", 295 pounds he had 13 tackles for loss and two blocked kicks last season. The second-team preseason All-America will be counted on to plug up the middle. "Kheeston had a good year last year," says Brown. "We need him to have a great year."

BREAKOUT PLAYER

DE JACKSON JEFFCOAT SOPHOMORE

Bulk and bloodline mean trouble for opposing QBs

Last season Jeffcoat started two early games but missed four games with a high ankle sprain. "He's gotten much bigger and stronger," says Brown of Jeffcoat, now up 15 pounds to 253. "He's gotten more savvy as far as how to get to the passer, and of course he has a great teacher at home in his dad [former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jim Jeffcoat]."
