WS CODY DAVIS JUNIOR

With the Red Raiders shifting to a defensive-back-heavy scheme, Davis, who was All--Big 12 honorable mention last season with 87 tackles, should make an even greater impact.

LG LONNIE EDWARDS SENIOR

The 6' 4", 322-pound Edwards, who was second-team All--Big 12 last season, enters his third year as a starter and anchors an 0-line that returns intact from 2010 and will be protecting a new quarterback.

DE-LB SAM FEHOKO SENIOR

Expect the second-year starter from Honolulu, who had 40 tackles last year, to anchor the middle of the defense—when he's not playing end on third down in what Tommy Tuberville calls the Rabbit Package (fast guys rushing the passer).
