Danton has spent the last two years playing at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he was named academic All-Canada and helped the team win the collegiate championship in '10. Danton, who also played for the Devils in his three NHL seasons, has said he hopes to one day return to the league. His new team, based in the rural village of Furudal, averaged 169 fans per game last season.
