2011 RECAP With under three laps to go, Clint Bowyer ran out of fuel, giving TONY STEWART his second straight win. (In '10, Bowyer won after Smoke ran out of fuel.)
TRACK FACT Loudon is the only track at which Stewart, who won the IndyCar Series championship in 1997, has won in Sprint Cup (2000, '05 and '11) and IndyCar ('98).
EYE ON 2012 Veteran drivers typically do well here. Watch for Jeff Gordon, who has scored more points than anyone else in the last four starts at New Hampshire.
WALTRIP "We saw Stewart have a great run in the spring and then win this race. Once you figure it out and have a pretty good setup, you usually run pretty good here."

2011 RECAP KURT BUSCH outdueled his competitors on restarts at the Monster Mile, jumping from ninth to fourth in the standings and into the championship hunt.
TRACK FACT No driver has dominated a track in the 21st century more than Jimmie Johnson has Dover. In 20 starts he's led more than 25% of the 7,819 laps he has run.
EYE ON 2012 If Tony Stewart plans to be in the title hunt again, he must improve here. He was 25th in last year's Chase and hasn't finished on the lead lap in his last three starts.
WALTRIP "This track is concrete, so it doesn't change much from one race to the next. The Roush Fenway cars seem to always run well at Dover."
