Oakland is laughably bad, having lost 10 of 11 and ranking 28th or worse in every major offensive statistic except HRs (22nd), which might explain the San Francisco Chronicle's labeling owner Lew Wolff "the most hated man in Oakland." Wolff's failure to find his team a new home doesn't help.

HOT: PLUCK O' THE IRISH

Former U.S. president Bill Clinton is cutting off I'll Have Another after two wins—he publicly picked 3-year-old Dullahan (who finished third at the Kentucky Derby) to thwart a Triple Crown bid at Belmont. And Notre Dame got a commitment from Rivals.com's No. 4 overall prospect, LB Jaylon Smith.

On probation already after nearly wiping out members of Ryan Newman's pit crew, Kurt Busch ripped into a reporter who asked about the situation, saying, "[My probation] refrains me from beating the s--- out of you." On Monday, NASCAR suspended him until June 13.
