ENEMY lines WHAT A RIVAL COACH SAYS
"THIS TEAM IS going to run the ball first and pass second because Matt Cassel is not a quarterback who can take the ball and win a game for you. We've found him to be a high-anxiety guy, and we know how to rattle him. In his big season, 2010, he benefited from having a great running game, with Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones, to take the pressure off him. The Chiefs don't have that this year.
It's going to be tough for Charles this season, less than a year removed from that torn left ACL. I don't think he'll be the same running back yet. That's one reason the team brought in Peyton Hillis. He did a great job in Cleveland, and he will do good things in Kansas City.... Dexter McCluster will be the utility, third-down man who'll be used in the quick game and on reverses and trick plays.
Even with Cassel throwing to him, Dwayne Bowe is a very good receiver, one of the best in the league. He's the go-to option there.... I'm looking for Jonathan Baldwin to do some great things this season, and I think he's about to have a breakout year. He's a tough, physical wideout, like Bowe, only more athletic.... Steve Breaston is just another guy. He'll man the slot.
I really like tight end Tony Moeaki. If he can return healthy from a torn left ACL, he'll be a mismatch for linebackers because he's so athletic. With Kevin Boss as insurance, this team is pretty solid at tight end."
