AFTER A concussion ended his season last November, Rice had surgeries on both shoulders. G.M. John Schneider was optimistic about the recovery though, telling The Seattle Times that Rice would be the "healthiest" he's ever been as a pro. That's not saying much. There are still red flags on Rice.
