14 Ryan TANNEHILL
DOLPHINS QB
TANNEHILL MIGHT not be the Week 1 starter, but the Dolphins plan on his getting the job eventually this season. Though he's somewhat of a project, and will have some rocky games, he knows the offense because coordinator Mike Sherman was Tannehill's head coach at Texas A&M. Given his ability to make plays with his arm and feet, his upside is high.
15 Randy BULLOCK
TEXANS K
KICKERS ON good offenses are usually safe bets, and Bullock is the new man in Houston. Last year's Lou Groza award winner as the nation's best kicker, he made more than 85% of his attempts at Texas A&M while connecting on 12 kicks from 40 yards or longer. With enough chances in this Texans offense, he could easily be a top 10 kicker by season's end.
