Running Backs

Cincinnati's third-down back excels in catching passes out of the backfield and gaining five yards on third-and-four, but that doesn't do fantasy owners much good. With the Bengals saying they will use a running-back-by-committee system this season, Leonard's carries may slightly increase, but he's only worth considering if your running back corps has been decimated by injury.

The former Buccaneer is the prototypical third-down back: He's a serviceable pass protector with a good set of hands coming out of the backfield. It's a role that he filled nicely with Tampa Bay in 2011 (career-high 41 catches) and one that he'll serve in Seattle. But this far down the depth chart, Lumpkin is destined to be mainly a blocker if he sees the field at all.
