11 Michael TURNER FALCONS TIER: 2

AGE: 30 BYE WEEK: 7 AUCTION: $15

[ON THE DECLINE] He's our No. 1 bust for many reasons: his age, his ineffectiveness at the end of 2011 and the readiness of Jacquizz Rodgers to take more of the load. And here's yet another bad sign: Ace blocker Ovie Mughelli, whose injury-caused absence contributed to Turner's late-season fade, is gone, replaced by a rookie. Only coach Mike Smith's dedication to running the ball keeps Turner this high.
