[INJURY-PRONE] Few players conjure more injury fears than Rice, who last year had two concussions, a shoulder injury and other ailments. But G.M. John Schneider says Rice will be the healthiest he's ever been by September. If Schneider is correct, Rice will be a handful for defenses, playing with the best QB he has had since his days in Minnesota with Brett Favre. It's O.K. to be skeptical though.

34 Pierre GARÇON REDSKINS TIER: 3

AGE: 26 BYE WEEK: 10 AUCTION: $5

Garçon was widely viewed to be the winner of the most overpaid free agent award; the Redskins gave him a five-year, $42.5 million deal. But he did put up a career year with the Colts despite catching ducks from XFL-caliber QBs Curtis Painter and Dan Orlovsky. Rookie Robert Griffin III will be an upgrade, but there are certain to be growing pains, which Garçon's numbers will feel.
