[ON THE DECLINE] Wayne has lost his explosiveness. Last season, his first without Peyton Manning, he was held to fewer than 1,000 yards and 77 receptions for the first time since 2004. But he's still the best receiving option for rookie QB Andrew Luck, who can rely on Wayne's experience. While Luck learns the offense, Wayne's value will continue to fall.

38 Jeremy MACLIN EAGLES TIER: 4

AGE: 24 BYE WEEK: 7 AUCTION: $3

DeSean Jackson is higher ranked, but his teammate is the safer choice. Maclin has caught more balls and touchdowns than Jackson in successive seasons, even though he played in two fewer games last year due to shoulder and hamstring injuries. Maclin finished 2011 strong, with 13 catches for 177 yards and a TD in Week 16 and 17. If you miss out on Jackson, Maclin can help.
