Minnesota must wait before it can feature its off-season acquisition—Simpson has to sit out until Week 4 for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy—but all indications are that he'll line up opposite Percy Harvin upon his return. Don't get too excited; Simpson was terribly inconsistent with the Bengals last year and joins a passing offense lacking pizzazz.

Jones had a breakout game against a terrible New England defense in Week 3 (five catches, 101 yards), when the Buffalo offense was still rolling. But let's be blunt: He's among the weaker starting receivers in the league. Slot man David Nelson, who doesn't start, is more productive. Jones is a guy you want to avoid unless you are desperate—or someone gets hurt.
