Chandler's coaches think the best is still ahead of him. Wishful thinking? Given the anemic state of the team's wideouts, a repeat of last season's TD total is not out of the question. The huge target (he's 6' 7") got off to a searing start (four TDs in the first three weeks) before he and the rest of the offense went south. Consider him a low-end backup with some upside.

31 Brandon MYERS RAIDERS TIER: 6

AGE: 27 BYE WEEK: 5 AUCTION: $0

As Carson Palmer grows more comfortable in the offense, the tight ends should become more involved in the passing game. But don't expect Myers, who has never had more than 16 catches in a year, to put up big numbers. He's more of a blocker and doesn't have the field-stretching skills of converted receiver David Ausberry, who may end up passing Myers by season's end.
