With Martellus Bennett now with the Giants, Phillips will see more action. Dallas ran 320 plays out of two-tight-end sets in 2011, much more than the NFL average. That never translated to big stats for Bennett, but Phillips is sure-handed (catches on 83.3% of his targets) and a good runner (142 of his 163 yards have come after the catch). The main problem is that starter Jason Witten never misses games.

33 Craig STEVENS TITANS TIER: 6

AGE: 28 BYE WEEK: 11 AUCTION: $0

Tennessee clearly like Stevens's upside, signing him to a four-year extension in the off-season. But his value to the Titans comes almost entirely from his pass blocking. He'll only be fantasy-relevant if emerging tight end Jared Cook goes down with an injury, and even if that happens it's hard to picture Stevens breaking out as a major pass-catching option in the offense.
