[INJURY-PRONE] After tearing his left ACL on last season's opening kickoff, Kaeding is a major question mark. He's expected to be 100% healthy by training camp, but Nick Novak was comparable (and cheaper) as his replacement last season. 14 Randy BULLOCK TEXANS TIER: 3

AGE: 22 BYE WEEK: 8 AUCTION: $1

[SLEEPER PICK] The Texans used a fifth-round pick to draft Texas A&M's Bullock, who went to high school in the Houston area, as the replacement for the departed Neil Rackers. If the stringy-legged Rackers can finish tied for sixth among kickers in scoring, imagine the possibilities for Bullock, who won the 2011 Lou Groza Award. As long as he keeps the rookie butterflies contained, he'll be worth a look.
