For a kicker picked up off waivers by a team with a below-average offense, Hauschka was a solid middle-of-the-pack performer in 2011, ranking 16th in field goals made. If Seattle's offense improves as expected with the arrival of quarterback Matt Flynn and the healthy return of Sidney Rice, Hauschka will have a chance to have more than bye-week fantasy relevance.

16 Neil RACKERS REDSKINS TIER: 4

AGE: 36 BYE WEEK: 10 AUCTION: $0

Washington signed the 12-year veteran to compete with incumbent Graham Gano, who has been plagued by blocks (five of his attempts were rejected last year) and inconsistency. Rackers, who was with the Texans the last two seasons, was more accurate on field goals (84.2% to 75.6%) in 2011. The kicker who wins the job (bet on Rackers) should be a fantasy backup.
