SI: How have you liked the move from Pittsburgh to Tempe?
TG: I love it. It's been a great move for our family because my son works for us [Bo, an on-campus recruiting coordinator], and my other son and my daughter transferred out here. The whole family is in maroon and gold now.
SI: WHAT STANDS OUT ABOUT ASU?
TG: THE FACILITIES ARE AMAZING. I'VE NEVER RECRUITED TO A PLACE LIKE THIS. I CALL IT A RESORT CAMPUS BECAUSE IT'S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, THE WEATHER, THE CITY.
SI: What does the team need to improve over last season?
TG: We have got to become disciplined. We have also got to get both mentally tough and in physical shape in order to be able to handle our extremely fast no-huddle offense.
SI: What major challenges do you have to meet in terms of the roster?
TG: Brock Osweiler is the biggest loss. You can't replace 15 starts from an NFL-caliber quarterback. In all, we lost seven starters on offense, and we have to find ways to replace that experience.
SI: Have the players let you know how important it is to beat Arizona and win the Territorial Cup?
TG: Not just the players, but everybody. The Territorial Cup is a big deal. You can win every other game, but if you lose that one, you've had an unsuccessful year. The fans let me know that.
