[INJURY RISK] In light of his immense ability and the hype surrounding his skill and persona, Jackson has been a bust in recent seasons. It's not entirely his fault, as injuries and inconsistent quarterback play have limited Philadelphia's offense. Jackson believes new coach Chip Kelly's up-tempo scheme will suit him, so a healthy season could mean a return to fantasy form. Don't bite on him too early; he's a backup with potential.

San Diego lost Vincent Jackson to Tampa Bay, Vincent Brown to injury and Robert Meachem to bustville. Then it found Alexander, a superstar college receiver who had struggled with injuries in his young pro career. Alexander seemed to have a real connection with Philip Rivers last year, so while the Chargers' offense remains a question mark under a new regime, Alexander has a chance to rise to fantasy starter.
