[SLEEPER PICK] Blackmon got off to a slow start with Blaine Gabbert at quarterback. Once Chad Henne took over, though, Blackmon did too, proving he warranted the lofty expectations. Blackmon's four-game suspension makes him simultaneously tough to draft and a great potential sleeper: Owners who get him late might reap the rewards when it counts most in the season. Draft him on talent while being wary of the QB situation.

42 Kenny BRITT TITANS TIER: 6

AGE: 24 BYE WEEK: 8 AUCTION: $2

[INJURY RISK] Britt is long on talent, short on a supporting cast. Tennessee figures to stick with Jake Locker at quarterback, rendering the receivers tough fantasy plays. Unless Locker makes some serious strides this year, Britt will be a fantasy backup. Between his injury issues, legal history and offensive setting, Britt simply may not be destined for fantasy greatness. He's not a first-round bust; he's also not worth reaching for.
