AGE: 22 BYE WEEK: 10 AUCTION: $0

[SLEEPER PICK] The Marshall product wasn't an elite receiving prospect in the 2013 NFL draft, but he's been labeled an excellent route runner with superior hands. That sounds like just the type of receiver Tom Brady and New England love. The Pats took Dobson in the second round in April, so they'll give him an opportunity to start. If he performs well in the early going, his value could rise. With Brady at QB, Dobson might break out.

AGE: 23 BYE WEEK: 9 AUCTION: $0

[ON THE RISE] Jenkins, a 2012 first-round draft pick out of Illinois, essentially redshirted as a rookie, drawing just one target in the three games he was active. With Randy Moss gone, Mario Manningham recovering from a torn ACL and Michael Crabtree rehabbing an Achilles injury, Jenkins has a chance to be San Francisco's second receiver behind Anquan Boldin. If Jenkins finds a groove working with Colin Kaepernick this off-season, look out.
