Morgan is coming off multiple off-season surgeries, but he is expected to be healthy for the start of the season and is expected to compete for a starting job opposite Pierre Garçon. And since Garçon has not been a picture of health, Morgan could theoretically be Washington's top target while Leonard Hankerson works to improve. Morgan has a chance to make the biggest fantasy impact of his career.

74 Donnie AVERY CHIEFS TIER: 8

AGE: 29 BYE WEEK: 10 AUCTION: $0

[INJURY RISK] Kansas City has its go-to receiver in Dwayne Bowe. The team needs a deep threat, though, and Avery can provide that. The former Ram, Colt and Titan is coming off a rebound season, and he could get some decent targets as a starter. The downside? He has struggled with injuries, and it's hard to expect him to be as productive with Alex Smith and the Chiefs as he was with Andrew Luck and the Colts in 2012.
