3 Brandon MARSHALL BEARS TIER: 2

AGE: 29 BYE WEEK: 8 AUCTION: $19

After two subpar seasons in Miami, Marshall returned to form upon being reunited with former Denver teammate Jay Cutler in Chicago. Marshall is coming off the best season of his career and should be excellent again now that West Coast guru Marc Trestman is scripting the plays. Plus the Bears have improved their secondary targets, which should help Marshall by forcing defenses to pay attention to other receivers.

4 Julio JONES FALCONS TIER: 2

AGE: 24 BYE WEEK: 6 AUCTION: $19

[ON THE RISE] Unlike the three receivers ranked above, Jones plays alongside an equally talented receiver in Roddy White. The presence of another stud on the outside can prevent Jones from posting dominant fantasy performances every week. Owners who base their draft picks primarily on ability and potential, however, know Jones is on par with the best. Entering that magical third year as a pro, Jones should deliver his best season yet.
