Bess has proved to be a viable possession receiver, which will make him a valuable asset to Cleveland's quarterback. It won't make Bess a valuable fantasy player, though. The Browns acquired Bess on draft day because they needed to beef up their receiving corps, but he simply isn't enough of a difference maker to do much damage against the loaded defenses he'll face in the AFC North.

St. Louis coach Jeff Fisher expects this to be a big year for the 2012 second-round pick out of Appalachian State. Quick struggled to do anything as a rookie, but with coaches comparing him to a young Vincent Jackson, it's hard for fantasy owners to write him off entirely. While the Rams took two receivers in April's draft, they're still counting on Quick to emerge as one of Sam Bradford's prime options in an improving offense.
