Houston isn't convinced Martin can be an NFL starter after he hit the wall midseason as a rookie. Still the speedy receiver and return man can contribute for the contending Texans. If he fails to maintain a starting job opposite Andre Johnson, Martin can still work regularly out of the slot for QB Matt Schaub, a role that would make Martin a potential bye-week replacement in fantasy leagues that award a point per reception.

Jean, a product of the Florida Atlantic program that produced Alfred Morris last season, is one of a slew of young and raw receivers Houston hopes can complement veteran receiver Andre Johnson. Jean has some intriguing physical skills and a potentially tremendous opportunity in his third season as a pro, but his mediocre ceiling makes him a mere late-round pick in deeper fantasy leagues that use three or more receivers.
