AGE: 30 BYE WEEK: 9 AUCTION: $17

[SLEEPER PICK] Finally Fitzgerald has a capable quarterback. Carson Palmer may not be a fantasy gem in his own right, but the veteran passer can help Fitzgerald post stats befitting the wide receiver's talents. New coach Bruce Arians knows how to get the ball in his playmakers' hands, Palmer knows how to sling it and Fitzgerald knows how to catch it. Expect a huge rebound season for one of fantasy's slumping superstars.

10 Andre JOHNSON TEXANS TIER: 3

AGE: 32 BYE WEEK: 8 AUCTION: $16

[INJURY RISK] Miraculously Johnson stayed relatively healthy in 2012, setting a career high in yards at 31 years old. Make no mistake, though: He has reached the age of decline. It's hard to bank on Johnson playing 16 games again. Even so, when Johnson plays, he rates as the go-to receiver in an offense looking to balance an elite rushing attack. Johnson might rank higher here if Matt Schaub were better at finding his targets in the end zone.
