Even though the NBA Draft has come and gone, we still have an unsettled picture of the fantasy values of about 60 rookies. However, we'll do our best evaluations on their potential, as well as ballers on the move like Ray Allen and Jason Richardson, who were both traded on draft day. To get more of a focused look into how several NBA teams did on draft day and the fantasy worth of their new players, I asked some of the top NBA bloggers to assist me.

Atlanta Hawks Draft Choices: Al Horford (3), Acie Law (11) Fantasy Review: It was rumored that it was the Hawks who nixed the proposed Kevin Garnett to Phoenix, Amare Stoudemire to the Hawks, picks 3 and 11 going to Minnesota deal. However, in the long run I think it will work out for the team and fantasy owners.

Horford brings a great defensive game, and has the arms and body to grab about eight rebounds per game in his rookie season and add a rejection or two. Offensively, Horford has improved every season in Florida and has a nice mid-range jumper on top of his finishing on the break skills. The Hawks have the personnel to be a running team, and Horford would benefit along with Josh Smith, Marvin Williams and Joe Johnson. Zaza Pachulia is more suited for the half-court offense, but Horford's athleticism and defensive ability was the right move. Look for a ceiling of about 15 ppg.

The Hawks also finally drafted a point guard and they got a very good one in Law. He should start sooner rather than later since Tyronn Lue and Speedy Claxton are more suited to being reserves. However, Law will get a chance to learn the NBA game a bit from the pine. Law can score from the perimeter or driving to the basket almost at will; however, he looks to set up his teammates first and should average at least five or six dimes once he starts. Look for about a dozen points and a trey or two per contest.

Boston Celtics Draft Choices: Gabe Pruitt (32), Glen Davis (35) Trade Acquisition: Ray Allen (for rights to Jeff Green, Delonte West, and Wally Szczerbiak) Fantasy Review: The biggest name for the Celtics on draft day was trading for the sharp-shooting Allen. However, he is coming off ankle injuries and a lot of people are down on him, but he doesn't need to be a savior to be help your fantasy team. Tag-teaming with Paul Pierce on the perimeter will have a lot of defenders scrambling. I expect both to benefit from having one another on the same team with Allen still averaging 20-plus points and a few triples per game. And unlike Antoine Walker, Pierce's new teammate will actually pass the ball and should be good for about three or so dimes.

The biggest winner here will probably be Al Jefferson as he won't see any double-teams down low with defenders focusing on Allen and Pierce. The 20/10 season a lot of us fantasy owners have been waiting for should come this season. Pierce's stats should remain the same with perhaps a slight dip in points.

Pruitt is a solid point guard prospect and is taller than the usual lead guard. He has a very good three-point range, but will come off the bench to spell Rajon Rondo. Perhaps five points and two assists are in his future. Big Baby won't make much of an impact on the court as much as off it. The charismatic Davis won't be able to smile his way to a lot of playing time, but maybe his quick feet and wide body will be enough to get three rebounds a contest.

Charlotte Bobcats Draft Choices: Jared Dudley (22), Jermareo Davidson (36) Trade Acquisition: Jason Richardson and Davidson (from Golden State for rights to Brandan Wright) Fantasy Review: If Richardson can reclaim the explosiveness that he had before last season's knee injury, look out. Considering J-Rich's age (26) and performance during the playoffs, it's quite possible for him to make his way back to 2005-06's production, especially since he now becomes the Bobcats' No. 1 option on offense, even if Gerald Wallace re-signs. Look for a return to 20 points per game, very good rebounding numbers for a guard (about five), as well as a couple of threes.

Getting Davidson is a great addition to the frontcourt, especially since Sean May can never stay healthy. Davidson has great mobility and is a jumping jack with great leaping ability. Despite limited minutes, he could grab up to five boards a game, as well as a get a block or two. Depending on how the frontcourt rotation fills out, Davidson could be a great rookie sleeper.

Dudley was the ACC Player of the Year and has a high basketball IQ. I can see why Jordan drafted Dudley since the latter is very competitive and has that "will to win." Dudley has excellent court vision and improved his shooting by a lot. However, his value will be predicated on whether Wallace re-signs. If Wallace does, Dudley will come off the bench without any question. However, if Wallace bolts for elsewhere, Dudley will get every shot to win the starting three spot or at least play a significant sixth man role. Dudley could turn out to be one of those guys that put surprisingly puts up numbers and makes a great add during the season.
