1. Blackhawks host Flames in playoff rematch

It's been 47 years since the Stanley Cup summered in Chicago, but the end may be near for the league's longest title drought: Sports Illustrated tabbed Jonathan Toews and the Blackhawks to win it all in last month's NHL preview. Chicago hosts Calgary on Monday (8 p.m., Versus) in a rematch of last May's Western Conference quarterfinals.

2. Edwards debuts for Jets in prime time

The resurgent Jets-Dolphins rivalry takes center stage on Monday Night Football (8:30 p.m., ESPN), as mercurial wide receiver Braylon Edwards makes his Gang Green debut.

3. Big Ben does Leno

One week after giving WWE's Monday Night Raw a ratings boost as a guest host, the two-time Super Bowl champion makes an appearance on Tuesday's Jay Leno Show. (10 p.m., NBC).

4. USMNT wraps up World Cup qualifying

Just days after rallying from a goal down to shock Honduras and book a place in next summer's World Cup, the United States' men's national team is back in action Wednesday at RFK Stadium against Costa Rica (7:30 p.m., ESPN2).

5. Serena Williams visits Conan
