Fixed lines have become a rarity as coaches tend to be juggling acts, but hockey history is loaded with formidable and distinctive combinations. San Jose's top trio, which has produced a combined 145 points and a plus-57 rating, has been a force behind the Sharks' rise to one of the NHL's top teams during the first half of the 2008-09 season.
