FLACHAU, Austria (AP) -- Croat whizz kid Janica Kostelic turned the tiniest time advantage into a massive second run Sunday win to take the sixth World Cup season slalom, a clean sweep of the season's ski races in the discipline.

Just turned 19, Kostelic showed maturity beyond her years as she attacked the second run, converting a minor 0.02 seconds first-lead advantage into a massive 1.56 seconds lead for a final time of 1 minute, 35.94 seconds.

Kostelic also won the combined, a theoretical race that matches the times from Saturday's downhill and Sunday's slalom, and reclaimed the lead in the overall standings from Austria's Renate Goetschl.

French racer Laure Pequegnot and Austria's Karen Koellerer tied for second place Sunday with 1:37.50.

Urska Hrovat of Slovenia followed with 1:37.84.

Kostelic, who has emerged this season to dominate the discipline, has now won all six slalom races.

Only retired Swiss veteran Vreni Schneider won more consecutive slalom races -- seven -- in a single season.

Kostelic, expected to become a dominant force in the speed disciplines as well when she has more experience, has become the absolute favorite for the slalom title at the World Championships in St. Anton, Austria, which start later in the month.

The race was held in a picture-book winter landscape in the home town of Austria's Herman Maier, who has dominated the men's World Cup ski racing circuit in recent years.
