CNNSI Host: Welcome to today's Super Bowl chat with Champ Bailey. Welcome Champ and thanks for joining us.
Champ Bailey : No problem. Glad to be on-line.

From Mike: Hi Champ, I'm an avid Redskins fan, I'm just wondering what your feelings of the new coaching staff are and what areas are major concerns going into the draft this year? By the way you're awesome!
Champ Bailey : Well, thanks for that. I think our major concern is that we have to have a consistent kicker and special teams are a concern. Other areas we can look at are spots on offense and spots on defense. Every area has room for improvement.

From Ryan Sanderson in Atlanta: What's been the hardest adjustment from playing at Georgia to playing in the NFL? Have you discussed your future role on offense with the new Redskins' coaching staff?
Champ Bailey : Well, the NFL is tough, no doubt. As far as offense goes, I think I have a shot. If they want us to win, and they want to put the best guys out there, I think I would be one of them.

From Boss: Who's the better athlete, you or Randy Moss?
Champ Bailey : (Laughs) That's a good question. I have to give him a lot of credit. Randy with his size is a great athlete. But I can't take anything away from myself. I think if we went head-to-head I'd have to go with myself.

From mikey68: Champ, how beneficial has it been to be around two great defensive backs like Darrell Green and Deion Sanders?
Champ Bailey : I'm glad it happened it to me and not another corner in the league. Because playing with them and learning from them gave me a jump on the other young corners in the league.

From BuckeyeFan: Champ, I've been a fan since your days as a dawg. Do you miss playing offense and defense?
Champ Bailey : I miss playing it a lot. I got a shot last year, and I proved that I can play offense in the NFL. If I get back to playing both ways like I did at Georgia, I think I could do it.

From Mopreme: Who is the hardest receiver you ever had to cover?
Champ Bailey : Well, I can't really single out one guy. That's a tough question. I would have to go with Marvin Harrison and Eric Moulds.

From ATLdawg: Hey Champ, how is your brother's (Boss Bailey) knee?
Champ Bailey : He's coming along. He's about 75 percent and he'll be 100 percent by the time spring comes along.

From Skinsfan: How good is Shawn Barber? He is my favorite player, and I think he is very underrated.
Champ Bailey : Oh man, he is the most underrated player in the NFL. Very athletic and in the top five of weak-side linebackers in the NFL.

From Sherman Taylor in Minnehaha Springs, W.Va.: What expectations do you have for the Redskins next year? Being a supportive Redskins fan, I expect a Super Bowl appearance, which the Skins deserve.
Champ Bailey : I expect one myself. And if things pan out the way they should and we go out and execute every game, there's no doubt we'll be in the Super Bowl.

From franchise79: Besides yourself, who do you think is one of the best young cornerbacks in the NFL?
Champ Bailey : I'll have to go with Donnie Abraham in Tampa, Samari Rolle in Tennessee and Chris McCallister in Baltimore.

From Trey: Champ, what do you think of Quincy Carter's decision to leave for the draft after this past season's performance?
Champ Bailey : Well, it's hard to say what Quincy could have ended up doing at the end of this past year because of his thumb. He can do a lot of great things that a lot of people don't know about. And I think only time will tell whether it was a great decision or not.

From slick: How do you think the defense will be without Ray Rhodes?
Champ Bailey : Well, I can't say that we won't be good because I don't know the new defensive coordinator. I don't know what his schemes will be. I can't say Ray Rhodes won't be missed because we did win last year.

From do: Do you think Lavar Arrington can be as dominant a player as you are?
Champ Bailey : Yes, I think he will be. He did a lot of learning this year, and showed a lot of flashes that he is going to be a star.

From Skins4Life: Did Darrel really run the 40-yard dash in under 4.3 seconds this year in camp?
Champ Bailey : Yes, he did.

From mikey68: Champ, what do you like to do when you're not playing or getting ready for the NFL?
Champ Bailey : Just relax and take vacations, a bunch of them.

From Ravens: Ravens or Giants, who do you think?
Champ Bailey : Well, I have no idea, but I would say that whoever plays the best defense will win the game. You take your pick.

CNNSI Host: That's all the time we have today with Champ Bailey. Champ, thanks for joining us and enjoy the game.
Champ Bailey : Alrighty, I will enjoy it very much.
